LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 2-432. - Quorum.
A majority of the board of directors shall constitute a quorum for transaction of business at any meeting of the development authority. The acts of the majority of those members present at any regular or special meeting of the development authority shall be the acts of the development authority.
