LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 2-365. - Quorum.
A majority of the members of the commission created by this article shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business at any meeting. The acts of a majority of those members present in any regular or special meeting of the commission shall be the acts of the commission.
