Editor's note(s)—Section 1 of Ord. No. 234-94, adopted Nov. 1, 1994, repealed §§ 2-311—2-314 in their entirety. Formerly, §§ 2-311—2-314 pertained to the KY World Trade Center and derived from § 1 of Ord. No. 30-89, adopted Feb. 23, 1989. Section 1 of Ord. No. 232-95, adopted Oct. 19, 1995 added §§ 2-311—2-314 as herein set out. Ord. No. 105-2003, § 1, adopted May 15, 2003, changed the title of art. XXVII, formerly titled "Humane Society Oversight Advisory Committee", to read as set forth above. |
