Sec. 2-216. - Created.

(a)   A fund is hereby created which shall be known as the "Memorial Tree Fund."

(b)   The memorial tree fund is established for the purpose of providing a mechanism for private citizens to mark significant events in their lives through donations to the urban county government which will fund planting of a tree or trees to serve as a memorial to such events.
