Editor's note(s)—Section 2 of Res. No. 300-80, adopted Oct. 16, 1980, specified that § 1 of the resolution be included as ch. 2, art. XI. Inasmuch as Ord. No. 94-79, § 1, adopted Apr. 19, 1979, had been included as art. XI, and § 1 of Ord. No. 66-80 had been included as art. XII, the editor has designated the provisions of Res. No. 300-80 as art.
