Editor's note(s)—Section 1 of Ord. No. 66-80, adopted June 12, 1980, amended and reenacted Ord. No. 67-51, inadvertently omitted from inclusion in the Code, as ch. 2, art. XI, § 2-150. Inasmuch as Ord. No. 94-79, § 1, adopted Apr. 19, 1979, added art. XI, §§ 2-150—2-156, the editor has redesignated the provisions of Ord. No. 66-80 as art. XII, § 2-167. In order to reflect the name of the commission created by § 2-170, the editor has deleted the word "Recreational" from the title of this article.
