Sec. 2-109. - Presiding officers and rules of procedure.

Presiding officers for the commission shall consist of a chairman and a vice-chairman appointed by the mayor and approved by the urban county council. The vice-chairman shall preside in the absence of the chairman. The commission shall determine its own rules and order of business and shall provide for keeping a record of its proceedings.
