Sec. 2-91. - Powers and duties.

This board is advisory in nature and is established with the following powers and duties:

(1)   To represent users of Masterson Station Park.

(2)   To review proposed park improvements and programs at Masterson Station Park.

(3)   To advise the division of parks and recreation in the implementation of park improvements and programs at Masterson Station Park.

(4)   To assist in fund-raising for Masterson Station Park.

(5)   To adopt bylaws.

(6)   To appoint standing and ad-hoc committees.
