LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 2-88. - Officers.
The officers of the MSP Advisory Board shall consist of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary and other officers elected from the membership as set forth in the bylaws. They shall take office at the first meeting of the MSP Advisory Board after election. The duties of the officers shall be as specified in the bylaws.
