Editor's note(s)— At the direction of the urban county government, the editors deleted the former provisions of article III, pertaining to the planning program, derived from Resolutions No. 1793 and 1797. The urban county government has, by ordinance adopted zoning regulations which provide for a planning commission and board of adjustment and which are on file in the urban county clerk's office.
