Sec. 3.406. Motions not Debatable.

The following motions are not debatable:

1)   To adjourn or recess.

2)   To lay the question on the table or to take from the table.

3)   To dispense with reading of minutes.

4)   For the previous question (call for the question).

5)   To withdraw a motion.

6)   To raise a question of privilege.

7)   To call for the orders of the day.

8)   To limit or extend debate.

9)   To raise a point of order.

10)   To divide the question.

11)   To raise a request for information.

12)   To suspend the rules.

13)   To move for a division of the assembly.
