LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 2-18. - Mayor authorized to appoint his proxy to board of health meeting.
The mayor is authorized to appoint a designee to act as his proxy for all purposes at any meeting of the Board of Health of the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department that he is unable, for any good reason, to attend.
