Sec. 2-12. - Commissioner of finance.

The commissioner of finance shall be responsible for the operation of the department of finance as set forth in section 6.06 of the Charter and shall perform such other duties as the mayor or council may assign. The commissioner of finance shall also be responsible for annual completion of the uniform financial information report.
