Sec. 2-11.3. - Physical examination of members of department of public works.

Any member of the department of public works may be required to submit to a physical examination at any time at the cost of the urban county government. The mayor shall make and issue such rules and regulations issued hereunder. Failure to comply shall be subject to disciplinary action as provided in section 21-44 of this Code.
