LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 18-170. - Establishment of hearing board.
There is established the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Parking Citation Enforcement Hearing Board; said board shall be composed of one (1) or more persons who shall serve a term of one (1) year and shall be appointed by a majority of the Board of Commissioners of the Lexington and Fayette County Parking Authority.
