Sec. 18-167. - Assessment of costs in district court for violations of sections 18-64 (a) and 18-114 (a).

No costs shall be assessed by the parking citation enforcement hearing board for violations of section 18-64(a), overtime parking, and section 18-114(a), improper parking, upon voluntary payment of the prescribed fine without issuance of process.
