LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 18-95. - Subject to traffic-control signals.
Pedestrians shall be subject to traffic-control signals as provided in this chapter, but at all places where there are no such signals pedestrians shall be granted those rights and be subject to those restrictions stated in sections 18-96 through 18-105.
