Sec. 18-42. - Driving in public parks.
No person shall obstruct any of the driveways in any park in the urban county. No person shall operate any motor vehicle or any truck or wagon in any park except on driveways of such parks or in such other parking space that may be designated as a parking space for any such vehicle.
Sec. 18-43. - Funeral and other processions.
(a)   All funeral processions shall move upon and through the public streets of the urban county as expeditiously as possible, with due regard to custom and traffic conditions, and shall be led or piloted by the undertaker or his duly authorized agent or representative; and there shall be displayed in a conspicuous manner on the vehicle leading or piloting such procession a flag the type and description of which shall be designated by the police chief. Such flags shall be displayed by the lead or pilot car from the starting point of such procession until the same has arrived at the cemetery, if in the urban county, or until the urban county limits are passed.
(b)   Every automobile in a funeral procession, including the lead or pilot car, shall have its headlights burning from the starting point of such procession, continuously until the same has reached the cemetery or the urban county limits.
(c)   When the traffic signal changes to red while a funeral procession is passing the same, the procession shall continue moving; and cross traffic shall stop until the entire procession has passed such signal.
Sec. 18-44. - Truck routes.
Ky. 4—New Circle Road is hereby designated as the truck route for through traffic, and no truck without a local destination shall use any other route except to gain ingress and egress to Ky. 4.
