LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 18-22. - Automobile outside parts not to be ridden on.
(a)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride on a running board, or hood, or fender, or other outside part of any vehicle; however, this shall not apply to employees while engaged in the necessary or proper course of their employment.
(b)   It shall be unlawful for any owner or operator or driver of any vehicle to permit any person to ride on the outside thereof in violation of subsection (a).
