Sec. 17-163. - Purpose.

It is the purpose of the sidewalk replacement grant program to enable the urban county government to assist residential property owners notified pursuant to section 17-148(a) to comply with their sidewalk repair and replacement duties and responsibilities as set forth in section 17-147.
