Sec. 17-38. - Water draining on sidewalks.

Water gathered or accumulated on roofs or in basements shall be so drained that it will not flow across or upon any sidewalk.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each day's continuance of a violation shall be a separate offense.
