LEXINGTON-FAYETTE COUNTY, KENTUCKY ZONING ORDINANCE
Sec. 17-29.45. - Promulgation of regulations.
The administrator shall promulgate regulations, not inconsistent with sections 17-29โ€”17-29.5, which may be necessary to carry out and effectuate the provisions of this article. The administrator shall post these regulations online and within the division, and shall provide a copy of the regulations to prospective permittees.
