The following rules and regulations shall apply with respect to the billing and accounting side of Lewisburg, Ohio, water, sewer, and/or refuse services. The classification of the receiver of the services as an owner, tenant, customer, consumer, outside user, person, individual, firm, company, municipal corporation, association, society, institution, enterprise, government agency, other entity, residential user, commercial user, institutional user, governmental user, industrial user, user, landlord, lessor, lessee, other legal entity, or otherwise, is irrelevant, insofar as the below rules and regulations take precedence:
(a) Every “billable account” shall be receive a monthly bill for water, sewer, and/or refuse services.
(b) Every “billable account” shall receive a “meter reading” once per quarter of a year.
(c) Every “billable account” shall be treated as a one unit operation, irrespective of the number or types of owner or tenant usages on the parcel identification number area served, for purposes of water and sewer billings. For purposes of refuse billings, Section 951.05 shall determine the amount billed. For purposes of water and sewer billings, the “meter reading” and Sections 921.05 and 929.01 shall determine the amount billed. (Ord. 1994-18. Passed 11-21-94.)
