There will be a no parking zone on the north side of Manning Street, beginning approximately 91 feet west from the centerline of State Road 1 (mailbox and driveway approach of resident). (B) Penalty. Any violator of this schedule shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 or more than $100 to be determined by the court and shall be further subject to all provisions of §§ 71.04, 71.99, and 72.99 of this code. Further, the violator shall be responsible for all costs incurred in towing and impoundment of the improperly parked vehicle and storage thereof and for any costs and attorney fees incurred by the town in enforcing this schedule. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
