(A) Any person operating a vehicle on or otherwise using any road or right-of-way in any manner in violation of a resolution adopted hereunder, after the posting of any sign as required by this chapter, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $750 for each violation.
(B) Any person parking a vehicle in violation of § 71.06 shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 for each violation.
