(A) The Clerk-Treasurer or the Town Manager may enforce the provisions of this chapter. The preceding authorized persons shall be known as “officer” for the purposes of this chapter.
(B) For the purposes of this chapter, the violator shall be the person to whom the unlawful parked vehicle is registered. A separate violation occurs each day that a vehicle is parked in a prohibited area.
(C) Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-6 et seq., the Town Manager may bring a legal action to enforce this chapter and to enjoin any person from continuing to violate this chapter. If legal action shall become necessary, the town shall be entitled to recover litigation costs and attorneys fees in addition to any other penalty imposed by operation of this chapter.
