(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Operation of a golf cart or off-road vehicle on a highway, street, road, or alleyway under the jurisdiction of the town in a manner that violates the traffic rules and regulations adopted by the state or the town may be cited on a uniform traffic ticket as a state infraction or a municipal ordinance violation, as applicable. Any person operating a golf cart within the town in a manner in violation of §§ 72.15 through 72.23 shall be subject to a fine up to $200 for each offense, plus court costs and attorney fees incurred by the town in prosecuting the violation.
