(A) The term of a license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be for the duration period stated in the license permit described in § 112.04.
(B) No license issued pursuant to this chapter shall be transferable.
(C) A license issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked or suspended by the City Police Chief for any violation of this chapter. The holder of any license revoked or suspended may obtain, by appeal, a hearing before the City Council. Processing and license fees are not refundable in the event of a license revocation.
