§ 73.05  AUTHORIZED HOURS OF SNOWMOBILE OPERATION.
   No snowmobile shall be operated within the corporate limits of the city between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. except in times of duly designated emergencies as declared by the Mayor.

§ 73.06  SNOWMOBILE PARKING.
   Snowmobiles may be parked only on designated routes and in city metered lots and parking spaces.

§ 73.07  SNOWMOBILE TRAFFIC AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   All snowmobiles operated within the corporate limits of the city shall be required to operate with their headlights on at all times.
   (B)   Snowmobile operators shall obey all traffic signs, signals and traffic laws.
   (C)   Safety flags shall be flown from all snowmobiles operated within the limits of the city.
   (D)   Snowmobile operators and owners shall be required to comply with all State Department of Natural Resources snowmobile regulations.
   (E)   It is recommended that snowmobile operators wear helmets while operating their vehicles.

§ 73.99  PENALTY.
   Any person found in violation of the terms of this chapter shall be fined as provided in the general penalty provisions of the city code, § 10.99.
