§ 73.01  REQUIRED DEPTH OF SNOWFALL FOR OPERATION.
   No snowmobile shall be operated within the corporate limits of the city unless the Mayor and Police Chief declare a snow emergency and permit the access of snowmobiles in the city.

§ 73.02  SUPERVISION REQUIRED FOR OPERATORS UNDER 16 YEARS OLD.
   (A)   No person under 16 years old shall operate a snowmobile without the immediate supervision of a person 18 years of age or older, except on land owned by the person’s parents or legal guardian.
   (B)   Immediate supervision referenced in division (A) above is present only when both persons are riding in the same snowmobile at the same time.

§ 73.03  SNOWMOBILE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS.
   All snowmobiles shall be registered with the State Department of Natural Resources prior to operating within the corporate limits of the city.

§ 73.04  SNOWMOBILE INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS.
   All snowmobile owners operating snowmobiles within the corporate limits of the city shall maintain public liability and property damage insurance on the vehicle.

§ 73.05  AUTHORIZED HOURS OF SNOWMOBILE OPERATION.
   No snowmobile shall be operated within the corporate limits of the city between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. except in times of duly designated emergencies as declared by the Mayor.
