GENERAL OFFENSES AGAINST PERSONS AND PROPERTY
No person shall sell, hold for sale or offer for sale, as wholesaler or retailer any fireworks in the city as defined in regulations adopted in Chapter 150 of this code of ordinances.

No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged pyrotechnics or fireworks of any description whatsoever as defined in regulations adopted in Chapter 150 of this code of ordinances, within the exterior boundaries of the city unless the person has in his or her possession at the time of the discharge a permit in writing from the Chief of the Fire Department.
