§ 132.39 RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENT OR GUARDIAN.

(A) It shall be unlawful for the parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of a juvenile to suffer or permit or by inefficient control to allow the juvenile to violate these sections.

(B) It shall not be a violation of these sections if the exceptions to the curfew are applicable.
