§ 5-2-5-12. REQUIREMENTS FOR PROJECT ACCEPTANCE AND DEDICATION TO THE CITY.

   Sanitary sewers and lift stations will not be accepted and building sewer connection permits shall not be issued until all documents, as required by the Board’s standard specifications, are submitted to the Board including the following:

   (A)   Maintenance bond as required in § 5-2-5-7(B);

   (B)   Recorded covenant and easement documents as required in §§ 5-2-5-8 and 5-2-5-9;

   (C)   Certificate of completion and compliance as required in § 5-2-5-10(B);

   (D)   A videotape of the results of a television inspection of the sanitary sewers;

   (E)   The completion of a final inspection as required in § 5-2-5-11, which confirms that the sewer has been constructed and tested in accordance with the Board’s standard specifications; and

   (F)   Construction record drawings of the project as constructed.
