(A) The sanitary sewer construction permit shall be valid for the later of one year from the date of issuance or the date of expiration of the applicant’s SPC-15 permit issued by the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
(B) Within 14 days after satisfactory completion of tests on the sanitary sewer or lift station for which a construction permit was obtained, the professional engineer or land surveyor contracted in accordance with § 5-2-5-11 shall execute and file with the Board a certificate of completion and compliance, in a form prescribed by the Board.
