(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any violation of the provisions of §§ 151.01 through 151.06, 151.20 through 151.23, 151.35 through 151.46, or 151.60 through 151.62 of this chapter shall constitute a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable, upon conviction, as provided in G.S. §§ 14-4 and 160A-175. The penalty for such violation shall subject the violator to a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500, or as amended.
