All streets offered for dedication and accepted by the town must meet or exceed the standards of the town for right-of-way width, base course, pavement, shoulders, slope and storm drainage with erosion prevention and sedimentation control. The acceptance, development and maintenance of all roads will be earned out in accordance with the statutes of the state, the town’s policies and priorities and within the fiscal limits established by the Town Council.
