§ 93.075 PERMIT FOR EXISTING DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION REQUIRED.

Existing driveway approaches shall not be relocated, altered or reconstructed without a permit approving the relocation, alteration or reconstruction. The driveway approaches, when so relocated, altered or reconstructed, shall be subject to the limitations set forth in §§ 93.040 through 93.044, 93.055 through 93.061 and 93.075 through 93.083.
