Property having frontage on two intersecting streets within 100 feet of the intersection of the street, right-of-way lines shall have access only from the minor or less intensively used street, except as may be authorized under §§ 93.055 through 93.083. No driveway entrances shall be located within 75 feet of two intersecting streets, measured at the curb line.
