The fee for the permit to construct a swimming pool shall be at the rate of four dollars ($4.00) per 100 square feet, or fraction thereof, of the ground area occupied by the pool structure, with a minimum fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). Such fee is in addition to permit fees applicable to other structures which may be incidental to the pool, or plumbing, sewering or wiring connections therewith.
