1337.03 MISSION STATEMENT; BYLAWS AND GENERAL RULES OF OPERATION.

The Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board shall be authorized to adopt its own mission statement, bylaws and general rules of operation, which shall be consistent with this chapter, all other ordinances and the Charter of the City and the laws of the State.
