The Lakewood Heritage Advisory Board shall be composed of seven electors of the City, to be appointed in the manner hereinafter set forth: two appointments shall be made by the Mayor; two appointments shall be made by Council; two appointments shall be made by the Lakewood Historical Society; and one appointment shall be made by the Lakewood Chamber of Commerce. The terms of said members shall be determined by the Board in accordance with its bylaws. However, no term shall exceed a period of four years. Upon expiration of any individual term, appointment or re-appointment shall be in accordance with this section.
