1331.97 ENFORCEMENT.

The Building Commissioner and Fire Chief shall have concurrent jurisdiction to inspect the installation of any smoke detector and/or carbon monoxide (CO) detector required to be installed by this chapter and any violations found to exist shall subject to the property owners to the penalties set forth in Section 1331.99. (Ord. 24-97. Passed 6-16-1997.)
