Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, the City of Lakewood shall have full authority to enforce the Ohio Building Code and all laws, statutes and regulations as provided and authorized in the Ohio Revised Code and the Ohio Administrative Code pursuant to the Certification approved by and Certification rules adopted by the Ohio Board of Building Standards.
