905.12 GAMES OF CHANCE PROHIBITED; PERMIT FOR CERTAIN ENTERPRISES.

No game of chance of any kind whatsoever shall be permitted within the parks. Solicitors, agents, beggars, fakirs, peddlers, mendicants, strolling musicians, organ grinders, exhorters and showmen are prohibited from plying their several vocations within the parks except upon obtaining permits as provided in Section 905.11.
