777.99 PENALTY.

(a) Violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanor offenses punishable by fine or imprisonment, as provided in Section 501.99 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood.

(b) Each day that a Sexually Oriented Business or adult motel operates in violation of this chapter is a separate offense or violation.
