777.05 SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS EMPLOYEE LICENSE REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall act as an employee, as defined in Section 777.02 of this chapter, on the premises of a Sexually Oriented Business or an adult motel without having secured a Sexually Oriented Business employee license pursuant to this chapter.

(b) Any person who violates this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third (3) degree.
