(a) No person shall:
(1) Operate a Sexually Oriented Business without a valid Sexually Oriented Business license issued by the City pursuant to this chapter.
(2) In connection with operating a Sexually Oriented Business, retain the services of a person as an employee, as defined in Section 777.02 of this chapter, who is not licensed as a Sexually Oriented Business employee by the City pursuant to this chapter.
(b) Any person who violates subsection (a)(1) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first (1) degree.
