144.13 JURISDICTION.

(a) The Lakewood Civil Service Commission shall no longer serve as the Civil Service Commission for the Lakewood City School District, including for the purposes of examinations and creation of certified eligible lists.

(b) Subsection (a) hereof is specifically intended to supersede State Code provisions on the requirement of the Civil Service Commission to serve as the commission for the Lakewood City School District. (Ord. 75-07. Passed 10-1-07.)
