(a) The following rates shall be charged to organizations for the use of the police pistol range, located in the Police Headquarters in the City:
Up to 4 hours or any part thereof | $200.00 |
In excess of 4 hours up to 8 hours or any part thereof | $400.00 |
(b) Use of the police pistol range shall be limited to organizations employing, or certified to train, law enforcement personnel.
(c) The Chief of Police may, at his discretion, waive all or part of the payment of fees provided for in subsection (a) hereof, for governmental agencies, including, but not limited to, organizations such as the FBI, the Department of Immigration, the Internal Revenue Service and the United States Coast Guard, if the agency has a reciprocal use agreement with the Lakewood Police Department.
(d) All rentals of the police pistol range shall be subject to the approval of the Chief of Police, and the use of such range shall be subject to rules and regulations as may be from time to time established by the Chief of Police, subject to the approval of the Director of Public Safety.
