(A) The traffic generated by any Use shall be controlled so as to prevent:
(1) Congestion of the public Streets;
(2) Traffic hazards; and
(3) Excessive traffic through residential areas, particularly truck traffic.
(B) Internal traffic shall be so regulated as to ensure its safe and orderly flow. Traffic into and out of Business and industrial areas shall in all cases be forward moving with no backing into Streets.
(C) On any Corner Lot, nothing shall be placed or allowed to grow in such manner as to impede vision between a height of two and one-half and ten feet above the centerline grades of the intersecting Streets within 15 feet of the intersecting Street right-of-way lines. This restriction shall also apply to the planting of crops and to Yard grades that result in elevations that impede vision within 15 feet of any intersecting Street right-of-way lines.
